RMT Cleaning Services Terms of Service

We're proud to be a family-run business, and we truly value your support. These simple terms help us provide a reliable, high-quality service to all of our customers.

First-Time Cleans:  Your first clean may not be 100% perfect due to stubborn dirt or grime from vents and sills, especially on upper windows. This is completely normal, and youll see a noticeable improvement from your second clean onward. We always aim for sparkling results and will have everything looking great very soon!

Payments:  We only offer via GoCardless. It's quick, secure, and no need to remember to pay. It means once set up we can request a payment after your window clean. It's a BACS generated payment. Your given 7 days notice that we have requested payment and can cancel at any time. We cover a large area, so we do not offer a collection service.

Text Reminders:  Well send you a friendly reminder the evening before your clean. This is to ensure any back gates are unlocked Please note: This message is a reminder only, not an opportunity to cancel.

Cancellations: If you need to cancel, we kindly ask for at least 7 days notice before your next clean. This gives us time to offer your slot to someone else.

Missed Cleans: Our pricing is based on a regular 6- or 12-week cycle. If you skip a clean, your next visit will carry a 50% surcharge to reflect the extra time and effort required. Were committed to offering a reliable, year-round service. In return, we ask that our customers also commit to regular, ongoing cleans.

Locked Gates / Access Issues If we arrive and cant access parts of your property (e.g., locked gates), we will still charge the full clean price, as time has been allocated for the job.

Adverse Weather: We clean in most weather conditions, including light rain. However, we will reschedule if it's heavily raining or very windy, for safety reasons. If you're ever not happy with the result, just let us know we offer a clean guarantee and will return to put things right.

Annual Price Review: To keep up with rising costs and continue delivering great service, we apply a £0.50p price increase each April. This helps us maintain quality across all our work.
