Terms of service

First Cleans- Please be aware there maybe marks on your glass after your first clean due to blowing out the dirty vents above the glass or stubborn dirt that has been there for a while. Usually there are no problems at all and from the second clean we can guarantee that they will be left 100 % perfect. Upstairs sills may also need a couple of cleans to get perfect. 
Payments- As you may be aware we are a family run business and rely on your custom. We accept either cash left out on the day (in a safe place) or a direct debit service with goCardless. We do not offer a collection service due to the large area we cover. 
Text Reminder- We will always message you the evening before we are due to visit. This is so any payments can be left out or back gates can be left open. Please note this text is not an opportunity to cancel. 
Cancelations- Must be made 7 days prior to the date of your next clean. This is so we can reallocate your slot.
Missing your regular clean- The price you have been given is for a regular 6 or 12 weekly clean. If you would like to miss a clean then a 50% charge will be added on top of your next clean. We will provide you with a reliable service 12 months of the year, so we also require all of our customers to understand that we only clean regular customers that require a reliable service.
Back gates locked - If we arrive to clean your windows and are unable to clean them all due to gates locked etc etc, the FULL price will be charged as time has allocated for the full clean.
Adverse Weather - There will be times when we clean your windows in bad weather. We also guarantee our cleans so if your not happy with the end result please do contact us. We will clean windows in most weather with the exception of heavy rain or high winds.
